Crew has been sick for the last week but he got worse over the weekend and into this week. It is finally slowing down and we are getting back to normal. Being inside all day is not normal for Crew and I and needless to say...we got bored. One afternoon I put together this kitchen sensory activity. Crew loves to help me stir and cook. So I knew he would like this. I grab a muffin tin and filled it with food and liquids that were safe to eat and not too messy. Crew mixed, stirred, and ate and didn't once ask for me to help him. It kept him happily entertained for about 30-40 minutes and the clean up was easy. I need to do more activities like this.
